RDC-Rutshuru : Battus par les FDLR dans une confrontation, les RDF s’en prennent au bétail de Bwiza (société civile)

Des dizaines des vaches ont été blessées dans une attaque criminelle des éléments RDF contre les pâturages de village bwiza en chefferie de bwito dans le territoire de Rutshuru. Les faits se sont déroulés ce jeudi.

Selon la société civile, des militaires rwandais en opération contre les rebelles FDLR se sont déversés contre le bétail après avoir été copieusement battu par les éléments des forces démocratiques de libération du Rwanda FDLR,  » on ne comprend rien jusque là. Les éléments RDF, après avoir été battus par les FDLR, la colère les a envoyés aux vaches. Ils ont massacrés les vaches. Ça fait honte. On compte plus de 13 vaches », s’indigne l’un des acteurs de la société civile locale dans la zone.

Depuis déjà un mois, des opérations contre les FDLR sont menées dans la Zone par les éléments Rwandais RDF, la thèse qu’a toujours niée le gouvernement congolais, mais confirmée par les organisations de la société civile et certains élus. Plusieurs cas des violations graves des droits humains sont attribués ce dernier temps à ces éléments Rwandais RDF, dont l’assassinat des civils et l’incendie des villages.

Des habitants ont été contraints à abandonner leur village suite à ces opérations. On compte plus de 4500 ménages déplacé en espace d’un mois dans le groupement de tongo et bambo.
