Rwanda : «Est-ce qu’évoquer la violence du FPR revient à nier le génocide? » (Avocat du journaliste Natacha Polony).

La journaliste Natacha Polony s’est défendue mardi devant le tribunal correctionnel de Paris d’avoir remis en cause le génocide des Tutsi au Rwanda en 1994.  « A aucun moment je n’ai minimisé ce qui m’apparaît comme une horreur absolue », a martelé la chroniqueuse, également directrice de la rédaction de l’hebdomadaire Marianne.

Le 18 mars 2018 sur France Inter, elle avait évoqué le génocide rwandais en estimant «nécessaire de regarder en face ce qui s’est passé à ce moment-là et qui n’a rien finalement d’une distinction entre des méchants et des gentils ». « Malheureusement, on est typiquement dans le genre de cas où on avait des salauds face à d’autres salauds (…) C’est-à-dire que je pense qu’il n’y avait pas d’un côté les gentils et de l’autre les méchants dans cette histoire », avait-elle ajouté.

Or, depuis 2017, la loi sur la liberté de la presse punit le fait de nier, minorer ou banaliser de façon outrancière tous les génocides reconnus par la France, et pas seulement celui des Juifs pendant la Seconde Guerre mondiale. Fin 2020 et contre l’avis du parquet, un juge d’instruction avait renvoyé en procès la chroniqueuse pour «contestation de l’existence de crime contre l’humanité ».

Une femme rwandaise s’est écroulée avec son bébé sur le dos sur la route vers Goma, au Zaïre, en 1994. De nombreux Rwandais ont fui l’avancé macabre du FPR

Par les termes « salauds », Mme Polony a expliqué s’être référée aux dirigeants, non à la population, et aux « crimes du Front patriotique Rwandais (FPR, majoritairement Tutsi) de Paul Kagame commis avant, pendant et après le génocide ». Ces exactions ont pu, selon elle, expliquer alors «l’incapacité totale de la France à comprendre le mécanisme génocidaire » du pouvoir en place.

Les témoins cités par les parties civiles – dont Ibuka, association de soutien aux victimes du génocide rwandais, et le Mrap – ont relevé «l’ambiguïté profonde » des mots employés par Mme Polony.  «On ne peut mettre sur le même pied d’égalité les chasseurs et les proies », a ainsi lancé Espérance Mutuyisa-Brossard, proche de victimes.

Selon l’ONU, environ 800.000 personnes, essentiellement dans la minorité tutsi, ont été tuées en trois mois lors de massacres perpétrés par les milices hutu Interahamwe et les Forces armées rwandaises après l’attentat contre l’avion du président rwandais hutu Juvénal Habyarimana le 6 avril 1994.

«Est-ce qu’évoquer la violence du FPR revient à nier le génocide?», a interrogé Me Jean-Yves Dupeux, défendant la journaliste. Ce à quoi l’historien Stéphane Audoin-Rousseau, cité comme témoin, a répondu en détaillant la «spécificité » du négationnisme du génocide des Tutsi lié, entre autres, au fait que « le groupe cible (du génocide) a pris le pouvoir » et mené ensuite «une guerre civile avec toute la violence d’une guerre ».

«Nous ne sommes plus dans le cas d’une victime parfaite. Nous sommes dans une complexité qui ouvre une porte permanente à la thèse du double génocide. Le problème c’est que ce ne sont pas les mêmes violences», a-t-il argumenté.

Le procès se poursuit mercredi.

En cette qualité, ses dirigeants savant nécessairement que outre les aveux publics de Kagame quant à l’existence des millions de morts Hutu, par sa résolution 955 du 8 novembre 1994, Le Conseil de Sécurité de l’ONU a reconnu l’existence massacres de masse contre les Hutu et in fine, celle-ci des morts Hutu (voir cette résolution sur la toile). Etant précisé que seules les résolutions adoptées par le Conseil de sécurité de l’ONU en vertu du chapitre 7 de l’ONU sont contraignantes et parant sont revêtues de valeur juridique. Tel est le cas de la résolution 955 du 08/11/1994. Les résolution ou déclarations de l’assemblée générale de l’ONU n’ont aucun caractère contraignant. Elles ont une valeur strictement politique et celle-ci est politiquement forte en fonction du nombre des Etats membres de l’ONU qui voté pour la résolution contre un Etat membre.
    Au vu de l’ensemble des faits, les dirigeants d’Ibuka -France, branche du FPR, actuellement au pouvoir au Rwanda sont sensés savoir que les massacres des millions de Hutu depuis 01/10/1990 par les soldats du FPR ont été reconnus par les Etats Unis.
    Il est étonnant que les dirigeants d’Ibuka ne savent pas que Kagame en personne a reconnu les massacres de masse contre des millions de morts Hutu et qu’elle ait accusé Madame Polony de négation du génocide des Tutsi pour avoir repris les dires de Kagame et la résolution 955 du Conseil de Sécurité de l’ONU. Le ridicule ne tue pas.
    Il faut espérer que les juges français sanctionneront ce genre de comportent qui n’honore pas les véritables accusateurs à savoir Kagame et autres qui ont formé un clic de pillards et mercenaires étrangers. Ibuka-France est une branche ou excroissance légale du FPR dépourvue d’autonomie de quelque nature que ce soit. Ibuka-France est financée par la France et les organisations qualitatives divers. Elle a amassé ou amasse des millions ou des milliers d’euros dont les sources et l’utilisation sont opaques de sorte qu’une action du Procureur de Paris s’impose. Pourquoi Ibuka-US n’a-t-elle pas judiciairement actionné les USA pour avoir évoqué l’existence des morts Hutu ? Pourquoi Ibuka-Maison Mère n’a-t-il pas actionné Kagame qui a publiquement avoué ses crimes contre des millions de Hutu et ce, devant des millions de Rwandais? Les aveux publics de Kagame sur l’existence des millions de morts Hutu sont la toile et par conséquent accessible à toute personne intéressée. Nier les faits établis n’existe que chez les personnes frappées de dysfonctionnement intellectuel caractérisé qui a aggravé son honnêteté intellectuelle et son sens de jugement. Dans un tel cas, le ridicule est un mot vide de sens. Ibuka c’est quoi? Qui la finance? Quelle est la source de ses fonds? Quel est le montant de fonds perçu par elle par elle de la part du Rwanda via l’ambassade du Rwanda en France qui gère un fonds de plusieurs milliers ou millions de dollars US dédié aux opérations comme celles d’Ibuka-France contre cette journaliste? Ses fonds sont-ils déclarés au fisc français? Pour que les publics étrangers qui lisent veritas info puisse se faire objectivement une opinion sur sur cette affaire, il serait utile de traduire en français les aveux de Kagame et les affirmations de Rutaremara Tito sur l’existence des techniciens ou infiltrés du FPR qui ont participé aux massacres de masse contre les Hutu, Tutsi et Twa.

  213. Il me semble que Me Jean-Yves Dupeux aurait dû produire la cassette sur les déclarations de Tito Rutaremara sur l’existence des milliers d’infiltrés. Ses propos déconstruisent littéralement les assertions des accusateurs de ce journaliste et ceux de pseudos experts exhibés par l’accusateur.
    Les agissements d’Ibuka contre certains exilés Hutu Rwandais d’une part et les journalistes français d’autre part sont la conséquence de l’apathie des intéressés.
