Paul Rusesabagina akaba arushaho kubabaza cyane Inkotanyi bitewe n’uko yamenyekanye nk’intwari y’Umuhutu wakijije Abatutsi kandi Kagame na FPR bagenda bigisha ku isi yose ko Abahutu bose ari abicanyi (abajenosideri)!

2.Guca intege Abanyarwanda barwanya leta ya FPR. Kuva mu kwezi kwa gatatu umwaka 2020, Paul Kagame ntiyongeye kugaragara imbere y’Abanyarwanda kugeza ubu. Icyo akaba ari ikimenyetso gikomeye kigaragaza ko nta bushobozi Kagame agifite bwo kuyobora igihugu. Vincent Biruta niwe muri iki gihe wasimbuye Kagame, akaba ayoboye igihugu mu buryo bw’amayeri kuko ari Umututsi kandi itegeko nshinga ritamwemerera gufata uwo mwanya. Kubera icyo cyuho kiri mu buyobozi bukuru bw’igihugu, Inkotanyi zikanze ko abazungu bashobora kuzana Rusesabagina akaba ariwe uba umukuru w’igihugu! 3.Kurangaza amahanga n’Abanyarwanda ku izimira rya Kagame! Ubutegetsi bw’Inkotanyi bwubakiye kukinyoma bubeshya ibihugu bikomeye, bityo ibyo bihugu bigakomeza kubutera inkunga ya politiki ndetse no gukingirwa ikibaba mu byaha byinshi  bukora byibasira uburenganzira bw’ikiremwa-muntu. Inkotanyi zikaba zifite ubwoba ko mu gihe byaba bigaragaye ko Kagame atagishoboye kuyobora igihugu, izo nkunga zose ndetse n’icyizere amahanga agirira Inkotanyi byahita bihagarara. Kugira ngo Inkotanyi zemeze amahanga ko ubutegetsi bwazo bugikomeye, zahisemo gushimuta Rusesabagina .  Icyo gikorwa kikaba kigamije kurangaza amahanga n’Abanyarwanda kugirango bahugirwe kuri Rusesabagina  bitume batabona icyuho kiri mu miyoborere y’igihugu kubera izimira rya Kagame!

Inkotanyi zatekerezaga ko urubanza rwa Rusesabagina ruzazorohera cyane, kuko zimufite mu maboko yazo kandi zikaba zari zarateguye impunzi zashimuse muri Congo zagombaga kumushinja ibyaha zamuhimbiye! Rusesabagina kandi nawe yijeje Inkotanyi ko ibyaha bamushinja byose azabyemera ntamananiza ndetse akanemera ko ariwe wizanye mu Rwanda! Ubwo ikinamico ry’urubanza rwa Rusesabagina n’abahoze ari ingabo za FLN ryatangiraga, Rusesabagina yavuze ko umuryango we wamushakiye abunganizi 7 b’abanyamahanga. Inkotanyi zanze ko abo bunganizi ba Rusesabagina bakandagiza ikirenge mu Rwanda kugirango batavumbura amanyanga yari muri urwo rubanza; bityo Inkotanyi ziba ziguye mu mutego wo guhindura urwo rubanza baringa!

Nyuma y’uko Inkotanyi zari zimaze gutesha agaciro inzitizi zose zatanzwe na Rusesabagina muri urwo rubanza, byabaye ngombwa ko Paul Rusesabagina nawe afata icyemezo cyo kwikura muri iryo kinamico ryo kuburana kuko yari amaze kubona ko nta butabera ashobora guhabwa n’Inkotanyi zamushimuse! Kwikura muri urwo rubanza kwa Rusesabagina byatunguye Inkotanyi cyane kuko imigambi yazo yose yo kwemeza amahanga ko ibyaha zishinja Rusesabagina yabyiyemereye ubwe yahise ihagarara, ziba zicyuye umunyu!  Inkotanyi zaciye urubanza rwa Rusesabagina ziri guhuzagurika kugirango zubahirize icyifuzo cya Kagame maze zikatira Paul Rusesabagina igihano cy’igifungo cy’imyaka 25 zirengagije ko zasezeranyije ba mpatsibihugu ko urwo rubanza ruzanyura mu mucyo kandi rukubahiriza amategeko mpuzamahanga!  Icyo gihano kikaba cyararakaje ibihugu bikomeye bisanzwe bishyigikira Inkotanyi mu mafuti yose zikora!

1.Igihugu cya « Leta zunze ubumwe z’Amerika (USA) » kimaze imyaka 27 gikingira ikibaba Kagame na PFR , cyateye utwatsi ibihano byahawe Rusesabagina, ahubwo gisaba ko arekurwa vuba na bwangu. Igihugu cy’Amerika (USA) kiramutse gifatiye ibihano Leta y’inkotanyi, ntabwo Leta ya Kagame yarenza amezi 6 itarahirima. Ese Inkotanyi zizakomeza kwinangira nka Farawo maze zikomeze gufunga Rusesabagina?

2.Abashingamateka b’ibihugu 27 bigize umuryango w’Ubumwe bw’Uburayi (UE), bafashe umwanzuro N° 2021/2906 RSP usaba Kagame na leta ya FPR kurekura Paul Rusesabagina ntayandi mananiza bashyizeho kandi batitaye ku byaha bamushinja. Abo banyamateka bageze n’aho bavugako Inkunga ibihugu bigize uwo muryango biha u Rwanda igomba kongera gusuzumwa neza, ndetse byaba ngombwa igahagarikwa mu gihe Paul Rusesabagina yakomeza gufungwa. 4.Kuba Paul Rusesabagina ari umuturage w’igihugu cy’Ububiligi kubera ko aricyo gihugu afitiye ubwenegihugu ndetse akaba n’umuturage w’Amerika (USA) kuko aricyo gihugu umuryango we utuyemo, bituma ibyo bihugu byombi birebwa ku buryo bw’umwihariko n’ikibazo cya Rusesabagina. b) Amahitamo ya kabiri ni ayo gukomeza gufunga Paul Rusesabagina.  Mu gihe Kagame na FPR bazahitamo gukomeza gufunga Paul Rusesabagina, bazaba bahisemo guhangana n’umuryango mpuzamahanga kimwe n’ibihugu by’ibihangange bimaze igihe kirekire bikingira ikibaba Inkotanyi ku bwicanyi zakoze kandi zikomeje gukorera Abanyarwanda ndetse n’abaturage b’akarere k’ibiyaga bigari.     Question: Dès lors que la résolution de l’UE a un caractère obligatoire et exécutoire, celle-ci (UE) va-t-elle sanctionner Kagame et ses obligés directement impliqués dans le kidnapping de Rusesabagina et son refus d’exécuter les mesures adoptées?
    Le ton de certaines autorités belges est trop pauvre de sorte que les Rwandais qui ont écouté leurs déclarations peuvent raisonnablement penser que leur pays a deux catégories de citoyens, les véritables Belges d’un côté et les sous-Belges c’est-à-dire les naturalisés d’autre part. Autrement dit, la naturalisation ne confère pas les mêmes droits aux naturalisés que ceux de véritables Belges ou les Belges historiques sont les seuls bénéficiaires de plein droit des droits et obligations envers le Belgique. Les naturalisés belges, eux, ont seulement les obligations envers la Belgique. Leurs droits envers la Belgique, leur pays, sont à géométrie variable.
    Attendons pour voir si les naturalisés belges sont véritables Belges et que par conséquent, ils ont les mêmes droits et obligations que ceux des Belges historiques.
    Aussi, concernant le Rwanda dirigé par Kagame, pour les autorités Belges, seuls les naturalisés Belges d’origine rwandaise ont-ils des droits et obligations sui generis ou spécifiques?

Il en est de même de la Chancelière allemande et du Premier Ministre britannique dont le pays n’est plus membre de l’UE et conséquemment, n’est pas soumis à cette résolution ou toute autre mesure adoptée par l’Union Européenne.
